My career has been spent being the person who makes things work.
I started in account management, where I learned that clear communication, reliable follow-through, and the ability to anticipate what people need before they ask for it creates success. From there I moved into buying where vendor negotiations, supplier relationships, inventory strategy, and financial decisions with real consequences were my world. Both roles taught me that what makes great outcomes is execution.
When I stepped out on my own eight years ago, I brought all of that into the businesses I served. The founders and operators I worked with were talented, driven, and full of vision. What they were running out of was bandwidth. The bigger their ambition, the more the operational and execution layer demanded of them personally.
